Extra Pieces

Extra Piece Request Form:

• Please note that this is a REQUEST form and a way for us teachers to know how many pieces a dancer is allowed to do financially. These pieces are not guaranteed as we do need to limit the amount of pieces we bring to competition as our teams continue to grow. This especially goes for young dancers and solos. We also need to consider studio availability, teacher workload, and availability of other dancers. You may suggest styles, choreographers, and partners but none of this is guaranteed. We will begin to make our selections after recitals and banquet and send out decisions in the beginning of August. Please fill out both sides of this form and return by Wednesday, June 8th.
