Costume payments will be\u00a0<strong>charged<\/strong>\u00a0on March 16th. Costumes need to be ordered ASAP to ensure we get them in time for the show!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>June Recital<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SDA\u2019s June Recitals will be\u00a0<strong>June 12th and 14th\u00a0<\/strong>at Littleton High School. Dress rehearsals will be scheduled June 7, 8, 9, and 11th. Each class will only attend one dress rehearsal time slot! We are so excited to celebrate the end of our 18th\u00a0season with everyone! This year, we will have 3 recitals to make sure everyone can get tickets and to shorten our shows a bit. Our first show will be on\u00a0<strong>Friday, June 12<\/strong><strong>th<\/strong><strong>\u00a0at 5pm.\u00a0<\/strong>Our second show\u00a0will be\u00a0<strong>Sunday, June 14th at 11am<\/strong>\u00a0and our third show will be\u00a0<strong>Sunday, June 14th at 3:30pm<\/strong>. The breakdowns of the shows were emailed to everyone! Please let me know if you did not receive it!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIP Dance<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><em>(formerly Daddy\/Daughter)<\/em><\/strong><strong>\u00a0Sign Ups!<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dancers, grab your dads, brothers, uncles, moms or any other important adult in your life and dance with them on stage at SDA\u2019s June recital! \u201cCouples\u201d will learn a fun, simple dance to perform at the spring recital. All ages are welcome to attend!<\/p>\n<p><strong>COST:<\/strong>\u00a0$65 per \u201ccouple\u201d and $30 for an additional dancer. This cost includes a recital T-shirt for each dancer!<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLASS DATES:<\/strong>\u00a0Fridays May 22nd, May 29th, &amp; June 5th\u00a0from 4-5pm (Show #1 and #3 (ages 7 and up) participants) and 5-6pm (Show #2 (ages 2-6) participants) *Times could vary depending on the amount of participants per show.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>RECITAL:<\/strong>\u00a0Dress Rehearsal: TBD \u00a0 Recital: June 12th and June 14th (you only attend the recital your dancer is in)<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0**Sign Ups are available on our website right at the top of our 2025-2026 classes page (<em>Listed as Littles for show #2 and ages 7+ for shows #1 and #3<\/em>) **<\/p>\n<p>***Cost will be charged April 1st with tuition,\u00a0no refunds after 4\/1 for changed minds!***<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summer 2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>SUMMER REGISTRATION IS OPEN!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This summer SDA is offering our regular 6 week session classes for ages 18 months-adult from July 6th-August 14th. Some of the classes offered this summer will be Acro Intensives, Technique\/Conditioning intensives, Ballet Intensives, Tap Intensives, Hip Hop, Jazz\/Lyrical\/Contemporary, Adult Classes, Kinder Classes, Preschool, Tots, *NEW* Grown up and Me and much more!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>We are also offering\u00a0\u00a0<strong>Dance Workshop Weeks<\/strong>\u00a0for all ages (posted on our website!):<\/p>\n<p>Elevate Intensive 1 (ages 4-6 and Prep\/Mini) July 27th &#8211; 31st 10am-1pm<\/p>\n<p>Elevate Intensive 2 (ages 7-9 and Petite)\u00a0July 27th &#8211; 31st 10am-1pm<\/p>\n<p>Elevate Intensive 3 (ages 10-12 and Junior) August 10th &#8211; 14th 10am-3pm<\/p>\n<p>Elevate Intensive 4 (ages 12-18 and Teen\/Elite) August 10th &#8211; 14th 10am-3pm\u00a0<em>*this intensive will include college dance team prep and pom!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>LIGHTS UP! BROADWAY WEEK (ages 7-16) July 20-25th 10am-3pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>MIni Magic Dance Week<\/strong>\u00a0(ages 3-6) July 20-25th\u00a010am-1pm<\/p>\n<p>Also look out for one-day workshops and intensives throughout the summer for those with busy schedules that cannot make summertime commitments! Private Lessons are also offered by request. Ask Miss Becky for details!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>March 2026 Dancer of the Month<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0Julia Coelho Age 16<\/p>\n<p>This is Julia\u2019s 4th year dancing at SDA! She is the brightest light and happiest face and such a joy to teach and watch on stage! Julia joined the Diamond Dancers team this year and takes all of the classes including Jazz\/Lyrical, Contemporary, Pointe, Ballet, Conditioning, Technique, and Leaps and Turns. She is a hard worker and great team motivator! Julia has shown outstanding dedication, positivity and growth in the studio. She consistently comes to class ready to work hard and support her teammates! Emails will be sent out to the classes scheduled that day if we are cancelling class. SDA follows weather advisories and considers when Westford schools are cancelled.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<strong>Keep our studio clean!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>During these wet and salty winter days, please remind your dancers to remove street shoes in the breakroom! So much salt and dirt has been tracked into the studios and we would love to keep the hallways clean for the dancers moving between classes in socks and bare feet. If parents or siblings will be keeping their shoes on, we would love to have you remain in the lobby to try to help this situation!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Also, please do not let young children that are waiting in the lobby to play with the k-cups, creamers, plastic cups, coffee cups and other supplies that are located in the kitchen cabinets and coffee bar. These items are expensive and being wasted and trashed daily.
