Payment/Costume Reminder:
Please be sure you update your account info and send in late payments! Late notices will be sent out mid-month and late fees will be posted unless discussed with the director. Costume Fees have been emailed out and were charged with November tuition. Costumes have been ordered and will not be passed out until fees are up to date.

November 2025 Dancer of the Month: Hannah Piazza Age: 15
This is Hannah’s 5th year at SDA and she is currently enrolled in Teen Lyrical/Contemporary, Teen Ballet, and Teen Jazz with Miss Chrissy and Teen Hip Hop with Miss Emma. Hannah has really stepped up this year taking multiple styles and experiencing it all! Miss Chrissy also says that she is a great leader as well helping out in class and expanding her confidence! We cannot wait to see her growth this season and watch her shine on stage in this year’s Holiday recital in December. Keep up the great work Hannah!

Tis the Season for Illness!
We are officially in cold, flu, and contagious illness season! Please email the studio and teachers if your dancer will be out. Please do not send your child into the studio if they are contagious with anything! The dancers (especially younger ones) tend to be all over each other and anything contagious goes through the studio like wildfire!

2025 Holiday Recitals:
Preparations for SDA’s 18th annual holiday recitals “Holiday Extravaganza” and “Elf” are underway and choreography has begun! As a reminder, our Dress Rehearsals will be Tuesday, December 9th 4-9pm, Thursday December 11th 4-9pm and Friday, December 12th 4-9pm. We are almost done with the Dress Rehearsal Schedule and will send that out ASAP! Both shows are December 14th (Recital times 11am and 2pm) so they are approaching quickly! The rehearsals and recital will be held at Littleton High School. Tickets for the show will be $25 each and sold online beginning Monday, November 10th at 11am (for 11am show “Holiday Extravaganza”) and 2pm (for 2pm show “Elf”). Information on how to purchase tickets online is explained at the bottom of this email! Online ticket sales will CLOSE on Wednesday, Dec 3rd. Tickets will be sold at the recital for $25 each cash only.
Please note: Tots in Tutus, ALL Technique, Conditioning, and Leaps and Turns classes, Ballet 2 TEAM (Ruby and Sapphire), Ballet 3 TEAM (Ruby and Sapphire), Teen and Elite Pointe, Ballet 4, Hip Hop 2 Sapphire, Hip Hop 3 Ruby and Sapphire, Hip Hop 4, ALL Acro 1, 2, and 3 classes, Lyrical 1 TEAM, Tap 4, Teen Sapphire Contemporary, and Contemporary 4 (Elite and Select), Jazz/Lyrical 4 Select classes will NOT be participating in this recital!

Recital Memories/Info!
Below is all of the information to order Recital DVDs/Digital Downloads, Recital T-shirts, and Pre-orders for Flowers! Flowers and baked goods will also be on sale at the recital for your convenience! We will also send out the Dress Rehearsal Schedule and recital day info so please be on the lookout for those emails! Recital T-shirt order form: This is an optional purchase. “Holiday Extravaganza” T-shirts will list the names of the dances on the back and the “Elf” t-shirts will list the main characters on the back. **Please take note we need these orders in by Thursday, November 20th to get them in time before the show. We WILL NOT be ordering extras to sell at the show, so if we do not receive your order by then you will not
get a tshirt! We will then post a link to order shirts on your own; however, they will cost more as we get a bulk discount for the group order.

November 10th- Tickets go on sale ONLINE for SDA’s productions of “Holiday Extravaganza 2025” (11am on sale time) and “Elf” (2pm sale time)

November 11th- Veterans Day observed: SDA IS OPEN! WE DO HAVE CLASSES!

November 26th-30th- Thanksgiving Holiday: SDA IS CLOSED!

Save The Date!!!
SDA’s June Recitals will be June 12th and 14th at Littleton High School. Dress rehearsals will be scheduled June 7, 8, 9, 11,and 12th. Each class will only attend one dress rehearsal time slot! More details later in the year!

Recital Ticket Information
Again this year, we’re working with a company called TutuTix to make it easier for you to get tickets to “Holiday Extravaganza 2025” and “Elf”. Tickets will go on sale beginning November 10th, 2025. Tickets for the 11am recital “Holiday Extravaganza” will go on sale at 11am. Tickets for the 2pm recital “Elf” will go on sale at 2pm. At that time, you can purchase tickets by any of the following ways:

***Please note: If you click the link early (before on sale date and time) the site will tell you that you need a password. This WILL go away once it is time to purchase tickets! You DO NOT need a password to purchase tickets.
A couple of additional items to note: You need a credit or debit card to buy tickets. Tickets will be sold first come, first served. So buy early to get better seats.

TutuTix charges a low, fair fee for their service. Included in the $25 ticket price is their per ticket fee, plus 5% processing charge (you are not paying anything additional to $25 per ticket).
You’ll have several options for how you want your ticket delivered. You can have it emailed to you, or sent to your mobile phone internet browser at no charge! Or, you can choose to have TutuTix mail you foil-embossed keepsake tickets for an additional fee– with your dancer’s name printed directly on the ticket!
**If you have support questions, please contact the number above for Tutu tix. I cannot fix any computer issues or give refunds for tickets. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING TICKETS TO THE CORRECT SHOW AND PAY ATTENTION TO WHERE THE FRONT OF THE AUDITORIUM IS! This company is separate from SDA, and your questions will be answered more quickly by them. Of course, feel free to call me if there is anything I can do! The website WILL be busy at the beginning of sales so be prepared to have back up seating options if you cannot get the ones you want. Most of the parents will be
buying tickets right at the start time on that first day!
