June 2025 Newsletter
It’s almost time! SDA’s 17th annual spring recitals are THIS Sunday, June 8th! All parents should have received the emails with all the details regarding dates and times for dress rehearsals and the recitals. You should have also received info on DVDs, pictures, t-shirt orders and costume, hair, and makeup instructions. If you have misplaced the emails, all of the info we have sent out is on our website www.sdawestford.com under the “June Recital” tab. Once again, our shows are at Littleton High School located at 56 King Street in Littleton. Our shows are on Sunday, June 8th at 11am and 3:30pm. I am very excited for you all to see how much hard work the students have put into the shows! Our 3:30pm show is SOLD OUT, but we do still have tickets available for our 11am show and they will be available to purchase at the door for $28. We will also be having a bake sale, some raffles, and flower sales! DVD/digital downloads can be ordered online (follow instructions on our website). I hope you all enjoy our recitals!
TO ENSURE RECITAL PARTICIPATION, ALL ACCOUNT BALANCES MUST BE PAID BEFORE RECITAL!!
***Costume Requirements have been emailed out! Please refer to that email to see what color tights and shoes and additional pieces are required for each class. You will also find hair and makeup info on this page as well!
Floracause will be selling beautiful flowers bouquets and teddy bears in the lobby at the recital!
Online Ticket sales are now closed! You can still purchase tickets for the 11am show at the door. There are approximately 200 seats left for the 11am show. Tickets will go on sale 30 min before the shows.
Last week of classes
Classes officially end June 14th! After that, we do not have classes until our summer session begins!
Summer at SDA
Summer dance classes and camps are being offered starting July 7th at SDA. Camps are available for ages 3-18, and classes are available for ages 2-adult! Register now to secure your spot! Schedules for summer classes and camps can be found at the studio or on the website.
Important Dates
June 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th: Dress Rehearsals at LHS (see schedule on email and on website)
June 8th: 17th Annual Spring Recital “Night at the Disco” 11am (Younger Show) and 3:30pm (Older Show) at Littleton High School
June 14th: Last Day of classes for Season 17!
July 7th: Summer Classes Begin! Register Online NOW!!

Spotlight On:
Grace Scaletta Age 17
This is Grace’s 1st year at SDA and we love having her!! Grace is one of our Elite Diamond Dancers and takes every class available in her level! It really feels like Grace has been at SDA for years and we are so happy she is here! All of Grace’s teachers love having her in class. She is always present and focused and great at applying corrections! She is always kind and respectful as well! Grace is one of the hardest workers and always asking what else she can do to improve! Grace has continued to improve so much this year in her technique and her performance ability. We all love having her and her sister here at SDA and we are excited to continue to watch her grow even more next season!
